Rohit Kumar Shukla earned his Ph.D. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, India, completing his studies from July 2017 to December 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Sunil Kumar Mishra.
His doctoral research centered on the study of many-body spin systems using out-of-time-order correlations.
Prior to joining the Levy group, he undertook a 9-month postdoctoral position at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai, from May 2023 to January 2024 in the group of Prof. Sibasish Ghosh, focusing on quantum many-body batteries.

Interests: quantum many-body systems, Out-of-time-order correlations and quantum chaos.
